Eureka pet expert vacuum lost suction

The other day it was working fine, and now it has super weak suction in the hose. Vacuuming the carpet seemed to work ok, but I can't really tell. I checked all the hoses for blockages and none seem to be clogged :(

SOURCE: The brush does not spin when making contact with carpeting

I tried the electrical-tape-around-the-wooden-spindle technique. After a minute or so, it's back to functioning normally.

SOURCE: No Suction

is your brush roller turning? unplug the vacuum and see if you can turn the brushroller by hand.if it turns real freely the the belt is broke ,if its real hard to turn then something is caught up around the bearings on the ends of the roller.my suggestion is if your having that much trouble withit take it back and tell them you want a new one.if they want to keep your buisness they will give you a new one

Eureka Optima Lightweight suction weak on bare floor, hose only works when dial is turn to floor?

I think it is normal. My favorite setting is the dial is turned to bare floor. If you set your vacuum to hose, then you need to adjust the height (do not set the dial to the bare floor).

Suction problem? The carpet fiber and pet hair

You've probably got a lesser blockage further down the pipework, which is reducing the airflow. Check everywhere possible for blockages, and also make sure the washable filter is clean and dry.

We have the Eureka EZ Kleen upright. We have suction through the hoses but not the main vacuum. The brush turns fine but the vacume does not **** anything up.

THE HOSE BETWEEN THE DETACHABLE WAND AND THE BRUSH ROLLER AREA MUST BE CLOGGED WITH CARPET FIBERS. CLEAN IT OUT AND IT SHOULD WORK.

Eureka Atlantis 2591A Extractor - Won't spray

Hard to say without seeing it, is there a function type knob that you would switch from carpet to hose? Did the hose attachment lid close ok? Other then take, if this is new, it has a years warranty on it, just take it to a waranty shop for repair.

My Miele vacuum full bag indicator

Check the suction at the vac, without the hose, if it is strong, then you hose is clogged. If it is weak, filters could be the problem, one is the back where the bag sits, the other is on the top, you can see it when you raise the lid.

Picks up poorly

I'd check thoroughly, the hose right next to the bush roll.
