Freezing ok so, iv only had this phone for a couple months and it was working totally fine till about last friday. last friday i was at this party and...lets just say i forgot my phone charger and it died. i dont totally remember, i dont think i dropped it or anything but i did try to turn it on a bunch of times...i think. but anyways ever since then when i recharged it and stuff it randomly freezes, esp when im texting. i even tried deleting a bunch of stuff so the memory wasnt so full but it still is randomly freezing and i have to take the battery out of my phone or restart it for it to work again. or itll freeze and ill hit home and itll go back, but i cant go back to texting. it's really frustrating and if anyone could help thatd be awesome

    my phone is brand new and it keeps freezing up,,

    and sometimes my keypad wont work..

    i dont know what to do?

    This is the second Motorola Moto Q I have had.. Both phones simply stopped working by" freezing Up". Both phones were well taken care of.. The phone is junk.

    I hate this phone.. I just had a 2nd repacement moto Q sent to me and this one is brand new and its freezing up.. im calling tommorow and making them give me a brand new one and diff kind.. rather have some flip phone since ive never had problems with them..

If u tried hard resetting the device and have closed all your apps, if its still doing it i would recommend a backup and restore

I have had this problem as well and i have found that if i turn off my phone at least once at day for a minute or two at least my screen wont freeze nearly as often... you could always try to start doing that, if not im sorry i dont know what to tell you. i think im going to have to take mine back to alltel for other problems

SOURCE: My Motorola Moto Q can recieve messages, but can't send them.

check the settings of your phone.the battery has no relation whether you cant receive messages or you cant send unless it is fully charge when you use it...what you will goin to do is to re-format your phone. .

    Return it where you bought it, should be a yr warranty, but most black friday sets don't last all that long as they are made really cheap and generally don't last long but should last more than a few months.

    It runs rough when it idles. The water pump was changed a couple months ago. But it ran great till last Friday. Someone said it was a firing coil.
    Whomever replaced the water pump had to remove the timing belt to get to the pump. It's possible the belt was not replaced properly and the engine timing is off. Details about this can be found by registering for free at www.autozone.com and accessing the shop manual for your vehicle.

    The phone Freeze problem. Your phone has gotten hard-locked; it will not accept any unlock codes. This problem can only be caused by improper unlocking. Basically this happens if you or someone else has already entered 5 wrong unlock codes on your phone.

    hi, all phone batteries need replacing eventually usually after about 12months or so, the best way to ensure you battery lasts long is to let it go totally flat so that the phone wont even light up if you do this once a month and then do a full recharge this will ensure you battery is kept at its best and doing this prevents bad cells forming and prolongs the life of the battery.

    if your having battery problems then get it replaced if its fine just remember to let it go totally flat once a month and this will then prolong the life of the battery and you should not need to buy one for couple of years.

    This does not sound good. If you have one working phone and you have swapped batteries around and still the same single phone works.... you know it's not the base unit, charger stands, power supplies or batteries. You have eliminated everything but the phone itself. Unfortunatley these low end cordless phones cannot be expected to last. 6 months is pretty bad but I'm not surprized. These sell for $30 each new and I bet a replacement battery is $20.
