The Emprex WT323 uses the TOM202CABB power supply board that is known to have issues. The problem is parts called capacitors that overheat and fail. Here is a repair guide that shows which parts on the power supply need to be replaced to rebuild the board and get the TV back up and running.

Does the lights on the front have a pattern to them or does it just turn on green and stay that way? If the lights have a pattern or turns on green then goes to orange or some other color then I would start with the power board. If the light stays green the whole time then I would turn all the lights off and shine a flashlight up real close to the screen and see if you see anything. If you do then it is your inverter board which controls your backlights.
