Hi, i have one problem.....could you please help me....i'am facing problem on my Toshiba 2939UE...the problem was both of the picture on a left and right side but only from the center to bottom was curving....but after on the TV for a few second it will turn to normal back......i already changed all cap at vertical part, and a few cap at horizontal part....but still remain the same problem....please help!!

No probably another capacitor in the sweep power supply, that feeds the b+ to the vertical IC. Red light blinking on a toshiba usually means bad convergence ICs and blown pico fuse.
A repairman would charge about $350 to fix it.
soldering in these ICs is not for a non technical person.
