attach your phone to your computer, it should come with a usb connector, and software, other people seem to use MPT (Motorola Phone Tools) as their main software.
the USB needs to be placed in a high power USB port for a connection to be established.

if not then you need to update the MPT software on the pc, hopefully you have installed the MPT software if not then do so first and if the pc can not locate a driver for your phone , you can find this on motorola.com
mema1962 - download or install the MPT software that should have came with the phone....and also download the latest drivers for teh phone......from the motorola website.
for motorola .. phone what u need is , motorola mobile phone software .. that is avlible with the phone -- or buyy it 4rm market .. insatall that in ur pc then try to transfer the pictures .. 4rm phone to computer....
