• pressing keys. `SOUND` is highlighted.
• Press up /down key to enter `SOUND`
• sub-menu . This Menu
• allows you to adjust the VOL LOCK,
• BASS (Low Frequency Sound),
• TREBLE (High Frequency Sound)
• and BALANCE.
• Vol Lock:
• A certain maximum sound level can
• be fixed beyond which the sound
• level cannot rise.
• ! Select VOL LOCK from sound
• menu using up/down keys.
• ! Vol Lock can be set `ON` or `OFF`

It is probably cheaper to replace this tv with some modern flat screen. Plus you will save money on electricity use.
