What drivers do you want to download? There are not drivers for Linksys router. It works on a software called as firmware? How many wireless computers do you have? What is the operating system on your laptop? If your wireless network is secured then make sure that you have the correct network key.
You will need to check the wireless settings of the router . Is there any computer connected to the router with the Ethernet cable? If not then connect 1 computer to the router and open the router set up page. Once you open the router set up page, you will be able to find the wireless network key. Use that password to connect to the wireless network Click Here for step by step Instructions on how to find the network key
try going to the control panel then click add/remove programs. See if the software is listed there. If it is try uninstalling it. Reboot the computer. Then try installing the software again. What OS are you running. Windows XP or Vista?
If you are using Vista just right click on the network from the wireless list and then click on properties then on one of the tab you will see authentication type just choose the type you have setup in your router and click ok then it will be fine.
And if in windows xp go to the network finder area then click on Advanced Setup for wireless on the left hand side of that wireless browser then choose the wireless device from a list given and edit the password.
