I am not familiar with your model, but most can sync with Windows media player. (Connect it first) then If you open media player and click the sync tab on the right side, you can add tracks to your device and then click sync when you are ready.

SOURCE: i brought an Eclipse CLD MP3 and when i charge it,

I bought a Eclipse CLD MP3 Player, the music does not sound the same as downloaded. You can only hear the background vocals, not the lead singer. How do you fix this or is the MP3 ****?

SOURCE: No matter what I do my MP3 player Eclipse CLD

I could only get mine to work by copy and pasting files directly into the "music" folder. Don;t use sub-folders.....

SOURCE: I just bought the eclipse

There are two things that come to mind, the new battery is not holding a charge, or there is a problem with MP3 players circuitry. Remove the battery for 60 seconds and re-seat it back in place hopefully this will reset the processor ic, if this fails take it back because there is nothing more that can be done since the item is under warranty.

My eclipse cld 4gb mp3player wont hold a charge

If the rechargeable battery is more than 3 - 4 years old then the battery could be worn out. Rechargeable batteries have a finite number of charge and discharge cycles and will lose their charge capacity over time, i.e. won't charge to 100% and gradually the charge reduces until the battery won't charge up at all. OR The battery shows a 100% charge but when the adapter is disconnected the battery drops off to zero capacity in a very short time. If the battery drops to an unacceptable charge level then the battery needs to be replaced. Rechargeable batteries will fail if stored in a discharged state for long periods.

Eclipse MP3 Player- Wont charge. I plug it in and it shows the hourglass then it will show a computer connecting/connected to a battery but it will not charge

People on other posts said to get a wall charger and that'll work. We looked for one, but couldn't find one. We ended up using a usb camera upload cord that had the same connector. It charged just fine after that. We have a 180 Eclipse mp3 player...I'm guessing the cord connectors are pretty universal.
