As far as I know it is not possible to remove a password from a hard disk. In some cases a manufacturer may be able to help, however, for security reasons I'm not sure they would.

MY TOSHIBA HARD DISK MK3265GSX 320GB CANNOT DETECT TTO MY PC

Test your PSU or replace it if your power supply units fan is not working your PSU is faulty

One bad lead can cause a computer to continue on a cycle or to shutdown or fail to detect/ boot up a computer hard drive

Test all leads that attach to your hard drive including electrical extensions,IDE,SATA

the leads from your "((motherboard to your hard drive))" make sure they have a secure connection and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty
make sure all leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd 3 1/2 inch floppy have secure connections and are not faulty even the electrical extensions or just replace them they could be faulty a computer needs its connections to continue its cycle and have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error hope this helps

1. Decide which hard drive will be the startup (master) drive. If this drive was the startup drive previously, or if it's a new hard drive, then the master drive designation will already be set.
2. To change the designation of a new drive to be a slave drive, skip to step 4.
3. To change the designation of an existing drive to be a slave drive: Turn off the computer, unplug the power cord, remove the drive from its drive bay, and disconnect the drive from its power cord and ribbon cable.
4. Check the hard drive documentation or the label on the drive itself for master/slave jumper settings.
5. Find the jumpers on the circuit board of the drive. Jumpers are plastic plugs with metal sleeves that form a circuit between a pair of pins. Jumper locations are labeled on the board with a J followed by a number (such as J20).
6. Use tweezers or very small pliers to remove or reposition the jumpers to the configuration shown in the documentation or on the disk label.

With a brand new drive, you have to initiate your drive using the Disk Management tool in Windows.
To do this, go to Start-->Control Panel --> Administrative Tools --> Computer Management. Then select Disk Management from the menu on the left. Once everything is loaded up, you should see your new drive in the list of volumes on your computer. You'll have to right click on it and click Initialize Disk. Once you've initialized it, you'll have to formate the drive and create partitions.
If you need anymore help, let me know.
