My laptop needs the driver of this hard drive.

Windows is asking you for a driver because it has been unable to detect a hard drive installed in your laptop. Basically, it thinks that you're using a hard drive that windows can't detect by itself.

I'm afraid that this usually means your hard drive is completely broken and needs to be replaced.

I would suggest that you remove the hard drive from the laptop, (please ensure the laptop is unplugged from the mains and the battery is removed before you do this) and then make sure there is no excessive amount of dust on the connectors for the hard drive.

Trick is, one model could have different components inside, so they list several different drivers, and not all drivers work with all computers. So unless you know what components are inside your computer, you need all the drivers and just try them until you get the right one.
