You can't mix and match gas appliance parts, it is too dangerous. Also all repairs have to be done by a gas certified technician.

If this is for the model you posted under, you will need to contact the MFG and see if they will sell you the part or the mechanism that controls it, or they might want you to take it in for repair.

Depending on the problem, you may not need one. I always consult RUss at New Jersey Factory Service first. He has repaired the ones I had at Radio stations before. There are some models that require only the manufacture change the CD section. That is probably because they have no original parts and have to jury rig or substitute the part. New DVD burners (which also do regular CD's) are only around $30. It's totally not worth trying to repair one. You'll never be able to find parts to repair one even if you can figure out what it need. They're strictly designed to be thrown away and replaced.

Can be purchased directly from Tascam in California. The part number is V00169700A-$149.80. They are havng trouble keeping this item in stock. It looks like a laptop drive with an adapter.

You need to change the Lance of your burner after that you can burn any disk. you can contact to any hardware repairing shop or vendor to repair it.
