Sir I have purchases mmx 352g 3g usb modem which after installation do not connect internet and ask to add connection profile. when i click on connection profile nothing happens. I m using windows xp sp3/32 bit. while on windows 7 it is installed well but do not connect internet a red cross marks appear over connect [email protected]
The software u are using might be out date,tries to upgrade the latest version of the software.Or the modem u are using might not be compatible with the Window 7 software.U might have to replaced and upgrade the modem itseft.
