I have the newest version of this plsma TV. It is one month old. I tried to clean some areas of the screen with a micro fiber cloth and a dab of windex in 1 corner of the cloth, not realizing that the new screen probably has an anti glare coating on it. This just seemed to create a blue hazing that I can't seem to remove. Monster ScreenClean does not work. I'm not sure if it is residue from the windex or if I damaged the anti glare coating. 1) Is there another cleaner I should use? 2) Is the surface with the anit glare coating separate from the actual plasma display? 3) If so, is this replaceable? Part number? price? Pleae advise. Thanks. Frank

You have damaged the outer protective screen. Only replacement will fix. Water only on a damp cloth should be used to clean. However, the outer screen can be changed. Since the tv is almost new you will have to contact Samsung at www.samsungparts.com through customer service at 1-800-627-4368 9AM to 8:30PM Eastern time. When changing the outer screen be sure to never touch the inner screen after removal. You have to take the back off the set to get to the screws holding the baziel or "plastic frame" to remove the outer screen. I have never taken a screen off of a set that new so I advise you exercise patience when removing. Have the product code ready for customer service to locate the proper protective screen. And serial number.
