I have the sony handycam DCR-VX2100E PAL. It appears to give a green tinge to the results of my filming, both as I look on the screen and through the viewfinder and when I play back the video. All in all, I'm not getting bright, natural-looking colours. Although it is clear, the colours are not vivid, just tinged with a greenishness or reddishness (or even a bluesihness) in various locations.

I have a Handycam sony camcorder (DCR-DVD755E PAL and i can't see the photos because it appears the error C.13:02. How can i can repair this error? Pl. help me to solve the problem.
I think it has got to be DVD disks rather than CD, as most CD disks carry music, and with film being greedy with space you need good size DVD really to put movies on.
If you are not getting good color picture then I would advise to perform white balance adjustments in service data with help of concern service manual. This kind of adjustments required service data handling tools, reference color charts, proper and up to date service manual etc. Please contact nearest Sony service center for proper fix.
Hi, Can you please post this question on same old question thread so it would be easy to understand what was problem in DCR-VX2100E camera. Thank you for cooperation.
There is no problem on your camera, DCR-HC19E is PAL system(European system) DCR-HC20 is NTSC(American system). Are you in US or Europe? I think your TV is NTSC, cause the tape recorded on DCR-HC19E you played has no color. To confirm, connect your HC20 to TV in camera mode, not recording yet, just look at the TV as your monitor, If its in color, no problem, just erase the old video recorded on the HC19E, but if its important to you, you can convert it to NTSC using a PC. thanks
