Hi, It is possible that you may have selected the wrong antenna input or if you did somthing with the cable or antenna recently that would be a good place to recheck connections. Sometimes the cable company is at fault so you might try contacting them. Have you tried playing a dvd or other input on the TV to see if it works and you are getting a picture with that?

Regards,

Gil

Ok do you have cable satillite or what? How is the satillite and or cable hook up to the TV set? Is it through the video input, as I bet you need to try the differant inputs for the antenna as well as for the video, as when the TV gets unpluged, and thats basicly what happened when the kitty walked on the power strip, the TV set reset to another input. Good Luck

Snowy screen

Hello, The snow is due to a tuner failure, this can only be repaired by replacing or repairing the tuner itself. Your post shows model number PV-DM2793, and the tuner part number is ENG36715G. It's available from several electronic part stores, try [email protected], there is one still available there. The tuner is located directly behind the cable connector(threaded connector)located in the rear of the TV where the cable or antenna connects to, it solders vertically into the main board.

Black Screen

It might be your AV cable or the connector for the cable. Try it on another TV just to make sure its the SNES though.

TV screen displaying SNOW since yesterday @ 7:45 PM

Good Day, lngaLi;
A snowy picture indicates the you don't have a signal. Let's determine if it's the TV or not;
1). Reset; TV, Cable/Sat BOX, AT&T, and etc.for 3 to 5 minutes. (To reset unplug ALL devices from the wall A/C outlet.)
2). Use a Video Input instead of the TV's tuner (antenna) input.
3). Call service provider.
Good Luck, big IRISH.

Can only get snow on tv screen

Try Changing the AV cable from HDTV to normal TV unless your TV is HD the cable Setting on HDTV will not work. You have to turn off the system and then change the switch. Then turn on your system.

If this doesnt fix your problem then Either of two things has happend your AV cable has gone bad or the chip that enables the AV cord inside the XBOX has bit the dust. If this is the case you will need to contact MS.
