Try using the MENU button on your remote control to go into the TV picture settings menu. Change the mode to NATURAL, You can also try to manually adjust the color in the COLOR SETTINGS mode.

To adjust color first of all set contrast and color controls to minimum,adjust the brightness to see clear picture than add contrast to get perfect black and white picture than add color to it for a good quality color picture.
This problems ur tv have can't not be fix by adjustment.The tv have a problems known as convergence problems,it dead.Tv have colors lines R,G,B mis alignments,have colors shadow pictures or 3D pictures look alike?The tv convergence board have dead 2 STK convergence ICS and some or all of it resistors too.These parts on the tv convergence board,must be replaced to repair the tv convergence board to solved the tv convergence picture problems.The shop,will cost u like $300-350 for parts and labors.

Wrong, abnormal or missing colors
・ If any colors (red, green or blue) are missing, check the video cable to make sure it is securely connected. Loose or broken pins in the cable connector could cause an improper connection. ・ Press and select Picture | Settings to adjust the Hue and Saturation settings. You can also select Picture | Advanced to adjust the Color Temperature settings. ・Connect the TV to another computer and check if the problem is with the computer screen.
Other than that there is no mention of color adjustment
it should have a year warranty get it in for warranty repair before the warranty runs out or someone tells you the wrong thing to go and the tv ends up as a big paperweight...
CONNECT YOUR DVD PLAYER TO SOME OTHER TV .IF THE COLORS ARE OK ,THEN YOUR TV IS AT FAULT .
THE COLORS OF YOUR TV CAN EASILY BE RE ADJUSTED BY A TV SERVICE MAN.
THE CORRECT RATIO OF RED ,GREEN ,BLUE NEEDS TO BE ADJUSTED .
