Most email accounts these days offer a second access point: a Web page. Can you send mail ok? If your email is a webmail account, ie hotmail, google etc then there's nothing you can do about it except: Check the spam box to make sure they're not filtering in there. Do the same if you're using an independent email like outlook or eudora. Also check the ISP's spam filter if they have one.

If you're using Outlook, for instance, make sure the pop part of the configuration is set correctly. You would find out what it should be by contacting your ISP or looking on their website for instructions where it will be listed.

You could also have a firewall that is blocking the port that email uses (doesn't matter with a webmail account just with software like Outlook).
