I have Windows 7. When I install Panzers Phase One, it tells me to reboot to complete installation. After doing so, when I try to launch the game, I get the same message telling me to reboot to complete installation.

Hi, I tried doing the shadows thing, but it wouldn't let me save, it just keeps saying I can't unless I have Admin access.

SOURCE: I installed panzers phase 1 on win7. all

Have you tried to uninstall and reinstall the program?
is your windows 7 a 64bit or 32bit?
if 64bit, maybe the program is not compatible with win7 64bit.
try this one.

  1. right click the shortcut link of panzer.
  2. on the menu choose Properties.
  3. then click the Compatibility Tab.
  4. On the Compatibility Mode >>>> Check the Box that Says " Run this program in compatibility mode for: "
  5. Choose the compatibility you want in the drop download list ( I Suggest you choose Windows XP SP2 )
  6. then click apply then Ok.
  7. Run the game.
Hope it helps.

are you installing a new hard drive? Why not use the recovery partition and do a factory restore. All the drivers for the unit will install then unless the W7 discs are recovery DVDs you have created W7 install disc probably doesn't complete because of not having drivers for your devices.

Hello bforgan,

If you are getting a message about drivers then your game is not the issue.
Your game may be trying to install sound or video drivers (Such as direct X) which are too old to work with Windows 7.
Try doing a custom install of the game and make sure it does not try to install any drivers while installing the game.

Thanks,

Pat
