CDV Software Video Game Consoles & Games - Recent Questions, Troubleshooting & Support

The answers above will not work.
What you have to do is this:
Once the installation is over you will be asked to restart the computer, dont do it, cancell the operation (if you restart the computer windows will erase most of the folders of the game).
Once you have cancelled this, copy the crack game where you installed the game.
Now, change the name of the folder where you installed the game, (any name is ok, just change it).
Then, open the game, close it, and then open it again, it should work perfectly after that :)

Many games will only ask you to provide the minimum system requirements. This is so the games will sell (faster machines are expensive). To get your game to run faster there are some tricks. If you can reduce the image quality. This will increase the video rendering speed. You can also increase the ram. Remember you must have the fastest ram in the number one and three slots (if you have four slots) If you get the ram in the wrong order or the wrong slots you will not see a benefit. Check the diagram that came with you mother board. You can cool the CPU by adding more fans. When I had a pentium 4 I piped cold air directly for a window unit AC this reduced the amount of crashes. Then you can also go into the BIOS and over clock the CPU and the RAM, but make sure you only do one at a time because over clocking can damage your system or cause it to crash if you do it wrong.

Change the compatibility settings of the .exe file that executes the game to an earlier o.s. That should work. If it is REALLY old, try DOSBOX
