I have searched the internet for a Necchi Alco deluxe zigzag sewing machine model 1574 instruction manual and have had no luck. Do you know how I can find one.

This appears to be a tricky machine.....
By this time most manuals were generic like that without a name on them, there were so many badged identical machines that a separate printing for each name was out of the question. So many machines didn't even get a badge until they reached their destination country.
No manuals for it. Set a watch for it on eBay. There are similar Necchi.
