Normally the phone is no longer any good after water damage like that, but you could take the battery out and let it sit next to some thing worm for a day or two to make sure it completely dries, then put the battery back in. se if that does the trick.

Try removing the battery, using a blow dryer to air everything out in battery compartment. If there are any tiny screws or way to open up the phone itself, open it up, and blow everything inside there too.
Let it dry out completely and then see if it will work again. My guess is no, because once the circuits get wet, they are pretty much damaged and irrepairable.
Check the manual usually they are like 1111 1234 or 0000 by default. if that doesn't work try last 4 of phone number and this code *#8999*8378# - Service Menu should allow you to reset phone to default and fix the issue
