Yes you can have it to fix but the problem is you can use it up to 2 to 3 months or maybe 5, i suggest to buy a new one.

peace!

Cordless drill fell into water , now it won't work.

IF something with water happend first disconnect immediately the battery as soon as possible and make as soon as possible dry inside the battery cells dry with an hairdryer to use as soon as it can be for the batterycells.

the body must also be dried but is in priority on the switch after you have dried the switch spray it with wd40 after drying.

Fell in water , wont power up after i charged it

The only thing you can do with this phone is leave it to dry over a couple of days. It will not work because the moisture has shorted out the internal circuitry. Do not force it to dry out with anything like a hairdryer as this can often cause more harm to the circuitry.

There's no special magic you can do at this stage to help make it work - it simply needs to dry out and sometimes if you are lucky the phone will work again once this has happened.

I would advise you to remove the battery and then leave the phone in a dry place in your house where air can easily circulate. If you are able to remove any part of the casing this will speed up the process. Do not attempt to dry the circuit board with anything - let it dry itself.

Then wait for 5 days or so and hope for the best!

please describe in detail "How you dried it"
I f you ever drop a cell phone in water 1st thing you do is pop the back off and get the battery out.
then shake the water out as best as you can.
leave the back off and battery out for 48 hours. Dont use an oven or Sunshine or a heater or even a hairdryer. After the 48 hours insert the battery and try it out. Most people make the mistake of trying it on withing an hour or two. that just shorts out parts of the phone and permanently crippling it. Following the above procedure for proper drying is your best chance for minimal damage done to any cell phone. Splash-- uh oh! Pop that battery out ASAP! Hope this helps and tell a freind what to do if it happens to them. (it happens ALOT)
and good luck...(sorry)

Hi my k850i fell into water. The phone seems to be ok except the keypad or touchscreen doesn't work and so am unable to unlock the phone. Will it eventually dry out? I've used the hairdryer and dried out...

turn the phone off, remove the battery, replace the battery cover. Place the phone in the center of a bag of dry (uncooked) rice. Close the bag and place in a warm area overnight. check the phone in the morning for proper working. The rice will help "pull" the moisture out of the unit. If after the first attempt does not correct the problem, attempt it once more. If this does not correct the problem, the unit will require servicing.

Hope this gets ya fixed with out the cost of servicing.

Please take the time to give this solution a fix ya rating.

Hi!

My phone also fell into a bucket full of water. I just gave the phone to the service center for repair and it's now absolutely fine.

I would suggest you to do the same. Also, don't try to switch on the phone as it may lead to short circuit in your phone.

Thank You

normally the phone is no longer any good after water damage like that, but you could take the battery out and let it sit next to some thing worm for a day or two to make sure it completely dries, then put the battery back in. se if that does the trick.
