Check circuit breaker on house board.

If this is new, return to the place of purchase, causes, defective magnetron, bad inverter board, and possibly keypad control board.

It's most likely a failed thermostat.

With the multipin connector on the right, the wire order is: (across the top, Left to Right): Brown, Green, White, Black, Yellow, Red (double), Blue, Black, Brown w/ White-Red Stripe. There are 2 Black wires which might be a problem... I have a schematic though. If you still need this info, reply to this post and I'll get it to you. Regards, Robert

Now if its zero reading try to check your termination and also check the fuse or thermal cut out or thermal overload if it is busted or burn try to used also your tester.
But if there a resistances try to reset.

Also the fact it is a convection oven could mean the oven temperature sensor is not picking up the oven temp. it is not telling the machine it is there by the board seeing its resistance, the unit will shut off as a safety feature. The oven sees temperature by reading the value of a temperature dependent resistor. As the temperature changes so does the value of the component ( oven temp sensor) that way the unit determines the temperature inside the unit. Sometimes those sensors will break since they are in the area with the heat and moisture, they get old and break.

Sounds like the magnatron tube or it's fuse.
