Issue with volume control on both remote and TV. Also I have to hit the power button many times to cut it off. Any ideas?
Fault with the main power supply regulator board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.

It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.
How do i connect my headphone to samsung tv
Depends on your head phones and what type of connector they have. First you'll need to locate the Audio out on the TV which is usually on the back right side. Headphone Jack is located there.

first reset your tv if you made some changes ,select dynamique mode bring down the backlighting 8 or 7 bring down colore a bit put hdmi black level to low , also your tv needs to be well connected are you using hdmi cables ? you must also to have good quality image configure your hd decoder (bell shaw ext ) in general the only configuration necessary in a decoder is to select the proper resolution for your tv .exp your tv is a 720 p or 1080 i you must select the same resolution in your decoder

You have problem with the screen board this is located on the top and corner of your screen. The slight solution to do this is try resetting the connector on the main board and the screen board and the screen. it might works or not. Or re-soldered the part on the screen. If the symptoms look for service personnel to do it for you.

No, this isn't a cap problem: the command circuit of the power source is faulty - it automatically activates part of the power source and the Y-sus board - causing the white light. Because only half of the screen is lit and the status light flickers when you try to start the tv it means that there is a massive short in the Y-sus board, and this is the origin of all you problems. This and the power boards will surely have to be replaced and the controller inspected for damage and probably replaced also.
All of this might have been caused by the fact that the tv has been kept on its side for a long time: this position has put the glass panels (very thin and fragile) under a lot of stress so they either got deformed and broke the seal between them allowing the gases to escape - in that case the tv is dead, junk it - or the deformed panels have increased the gap between them which has raised the voltage of the discharge over what the chips on the Y-sus board can handle and they failed. In that case you will need to check the dimensions of the panel and its planarity very carefully wit the tv in the normal position - if it;s not perfect the the deformation is permanent and the tv dead.

They could be burned in or maybe you just need to hit the P-Size button.. look for that button or it may be called "aspect" or "format" or "ratio"
if the lines are over top of the pic, it is burn in. go in the menu and try to turn on screen burn protection and use the p.size button to eliminate the black bars when you can, so it won't burn in more. after a while the lines will fade away (as long as you don't continue to burn them in further).. best of luck, let me know if you need more assistance
