How do you set the switches on AT3525 Mike?

The AT3525 handles very high sound pressure levels with ease, accepting as high as 146 dB SPL before producing 1% T.H.D. A switchable 10 dB (nominal) pad is built-in, increasing its capabilities to 156 dB SPL. An integral 80 Hz hi-pass filter provides easy switching from a flat frequency response to a low-end roll-off. The hi-pass position reduces the microphone's sensitivity to popping in close vocal use. It also reduces the pickup of low-frequency ambient noise (such as traffic, air-handling systems, etc.), room reverberation and mechanically-coupled vibrations.

When install a battery the mic stats but goes off before battery fully installed

The battery has to generate quite a bit of power to energise the plates in a condenser mic. So wasting energy by powering an LED when it's not really needed is a bad idea. The light 'blinks' to confirm that you switched it properly. After that, it will only blink again when you move the power switch to OFF unless there's some battery warning indication built in. As for the mic not working; most of the time this is down to poor quality or broken cables; or incorrect connections; or the wrong settings on the receiver or mixing console.

Why don't i have any output both mic and transmitter are on ?

In a typical configuration you will need to connect the receiver to another device such as a mixer console. The mixer is connected to an amplifier. And lastly, the amplifier is connected to speakers. Without more information, such as existing equipment in the configuration, I am limited to how much I can help you. What are you trying to acheive (band, karioke, voice reinforcement, etc.) What environment are you doing it in? What equipment do you have besides the mic and receiver?

How do I set the AT3525 10 dB attenuation switches and an 80 Hz. roll-off switches

The ATT switch will give you more or less volume, depending on your mixer. I start out with it ON and if volume is low, put it OFF. The 80 Hz switch is for rolling off the Sub Bass frequencies, use it if your source is Voice or Flute or such to avoid wind or breath noise. Enjoy...
