try MENU then OPTION and you can see the lamp time in hours since the last lamp reset was manully performed.

There is not physical reset switch. There is a switch to the right of the vga input but this is only for when you can't shut it off. i would check a fuse in the power supply to see if it has blown it should be located near the power input plug. you will need to open the case up to see this.

To mirror the displays, go to "System Preferences" and click "Displays" if you are plugged into the projector two windows should pop up, go to the main displays window and click "Arrangement"(not positioning, sorry), now in the bottom left hand corner there should be that check box that says "Mirror Displays." There should be a check box there no matter what monitor your have plugged in.

Ok what's happening is that you have it set up as an extension of your desktop, you need to mirror the displays. when your projector is plugged in and it is showing only the desktop background, open "System Preferences," click "Displays," click "Positioning" and check the box that says "Mirror Displays." This should do the trick.

Fd means Factory Default settings.
