Citizen BL717459L Watch Questions & Answers
I purchased thr Citizen BL717459L at an auction.
Pull the crown out 2 clicks and rotate it to set the hands push it one click in to set the date. If you need to set your chrono hands or resynchronize them then pull the crown out 2 times and push the upper button until the hand is synchronized with the 12, the lower button should adjust the other dial the same way. If you have a third dial that needs synched only pull the crown out 1 click and push the top button to synch the hand on the dial.

Citizen BL717459L - Alarm sound is too low
No, there is nothing wrong with the alarm in your watch.
The sound in all watches are generated by passing vibrations to the metal tweeter which is connected to the watch caseback inside the watch. As the surface of the watch is quite small, there is not efficient power to spred the vibrations over the caseback surface, hence low volume of the alarm. No wristwatch in the world is capable of loud alarm sound yet. This is something the scientists have to work with.
The plastic protector is definetly affecting the volume. Take it off and you will notice slightly better sound. This protector actually is ment to protect watch caseback from scratches prior to selling it to the customer and have no use after that. In fact it only collects the dirt and bacteria and can affect your skin as the caseback as well.
Another sound improvement can be the new battery if the original is underpowered. Alarm feature uses the most of the energy stored in battery and the power consumption is higher than all watch movement parts put together.

Citizen eco-drive wr 200 manual
I'll need more information about the watch. WR200 is not the model number. It is the depth in metres it is water resistant to.
The serial number is usually engraved on the back plate of the watch. The bit against your skin when you're wearing it. It's the number marked in red in the photo I've attached. Is this a digital watch, a watch with hands or does it have both?
Comment below with the serial number and I'll try to help you more.

How do i set time on radio controlled wrist watch 3 atm
The point of a radio-controlled watch is that you should not have to move the hands manually. It is meant to respond to a time signal send from various places in the USA, UK, Germany, Japan and (I think) China.
The signal's strength varies considerably, depending on where you are located and the ambient temperature. It may need some application and persistence to get the watch synchronized with the signal, this will cause the hands to move to the correct local time - even then it may need correction if you are in a different UTC time zone or on Daylight Saving Time (DST) locally. Not knowing the make complicates the validity of any information.
I have found that the sync signal is broadcast on the hour for about five minutes and is best received at night where the signal travels further.
Ensure your watch is fully charged and leave your watch by a window overnight for best results.
If you still have difficulty, use an internet search to find the nearest broadcast station to where you are and work out which direction-facing window is best sited to face it.
I have two RC watches - one Citizen and one Casio. One likes to have the left side of the watch facing the window and the other favours the 12 o'clock facing the window, As I don't know the make of your watch I would recommend trying to place it in various orientations until you find one that works for you. I have found the whole set up performs best in cold air situations - and so are more reliable in the winter.
Guessing further, If you bring up the signal display function it may force the watch into signal sync mode - always remembering the 'on the hour' signal broadcasts. You may also find a way of adjusting the hour to suit if it differs for you once it is synced.
Can I replace the broken crystal on my citizen eco-drive watch myself?
It will be very difficult if you don't have the right tools
You would need a hand press of the right size. You would need a tool to open the case back, you would need to know how to remove the crown and stem in order to remove the dial with the movement. It would be also a good idea to have it tested for water resistance and you would need a special aparatus to do that. You may also need to replace the I ring or gasket.
