Try reversed the connection, hang the positive supply together with the ground.
Then connect the ground first before the positive supply.
If the spark is still there then you are confirmed that you have a short on the unit.
Fixing is not DIY because it is quite technical.
I rather suggest to send it to a repair shop to isolate the shorted parts.
A series of test will be perform to locate where the short come from.
Please rate my advice.
Thanks for using fixya...
I have 2 12 inch
Short answer: NOPE!
The Hifonics Brutus 2100 is stated to produce 2100 watts RMS @ 1ohm load. Most amplifier manufacturers overstate their claims. The 2100 watt output is most likely at 14.4 volts and not the 12.6 volts your car will actually be providing the amp.
But, even if the actual output was 2100 watts that would be 1050 watts to each 12w7. The 12w7's are rated at 1000watts RMS and 2000watts peak. As a MECP certified installer, any system I have done using 12w7's have had a MINIMUM of 1000 watts being provided to each speaker. My personal preference is to run 1500 watts each and keep the gains adjusted lower on the amp. Thus allowing the amp to run cooler and allow the additional headroom for those "show-off" moments!
I hooked up 2 kicker
Chances are you have your woofers wired in parallel i would rewire your speakers in series and that should solve all your problems.
I wired the amp and

CLIPPING ON ONE CHANNEL HIFONIC FALCON
clipping can result from improper wiring or solder jumps to figure this out youll need a continuity tester simply check you inputs and outputs and make sure wiring is correct then if so your amp has a solder jump inside them amp. New amp or send it in for repair you can buy a new amp nearly every brand at dealer cost from this site.

Help with code radio for my nissan pp2787h
The radio code is a security feature that's meant to deter theft, and it's unique to each vehicle. If you've lost your code, you'll need to contact a Nissan dealership or service center and provide proof of ownership. They should be able to help you retrieve the code. Please do not attempt to use codes from the internet as incorrect attempts may lock your radio.

No sound from wireless headphones in a toyota sienna
First thing to do is check to make sure that the batteries are properly charged.
Second, make sure that you have a clear line-of-site to the IR transmitter. Infrared (IR) works the same way that your TVs remote control works - if the signal is blocked, then you will not hear any sound.
Third, make sure that you are in the rear seat of the vehicle when listening to the sound. The IR transmitter only transmits to the rear seat, so you will not hear any sound if you are sitting in the front seats. This is a common problem that i see.
Lastly, make sure that the heapdhones you purchased are compatible with your 2006 2007 2008 2009 or 2010 Toyota Sienna. Remember that some older models require RF headphones, not IR headphones. I checked http://www.audiovideo2go.com for compatibility before I purchased my headphones. They have a useful listing of all the headphones and models of vehicles they are compatible with.
