Sounds like your Autoplay function is disabled. Most likely by some CD burning software you have installed.

Assuming that there isn't something wrong with the disc, all you need to do is go to My Computer. Right-click whichever drive letter represents your CD/DVD-ROM drive and select "Open".

You should get a listing of the disc's contents. If this is the manufacturer's installation disc, then you should see "setup" or "setup.exe" there. Just double-click that file to begin the setup program.

Otherwise you can download drivers for the camera from the manufacturer's website.

Is this something to do with the Famous Flames ? It certainly has no relevance to cameras.

You didn't specify the model of your Concord camera, but most of them take SD cards. SD cards are getting a little hard to find, but you should still be able to find them at most department, electronics, and office-supply stores. Check the manual to see whether your camera also can take SDHC cards. SD cards are limited to 2GB or smaller, while SDHC cards go from 4GB to 32GB.

Look at your memory card. SD cards have a slide switch along one edge. The position farthest from the contacts locks the card, protecting it from writes. The position nearest the contacts unlocks the card.

In order to test the memory card you may please shoot a few pictures and then try to transfer them on to the computer.

Also, you may take the card out and connect it with a card reader.
Try to create a file on that and save it.

These cards are storage devices like the USB Pen drives we use.

If you are able to get data on and off it, it is working just fine.

You may format the card and then use it on your camera.

Unfortunately, if the manual states a card size, that is usually the largest card the camera will accomodate. I'm not sure if it would take a 1 gig card, you never know till you try.
Wish I had better news, but I have an old Olympus and it won't take any card larger than the 500 mb card.

You need to delete stuff on the memory card or put a empty memory card in there

Choose either Repair or Reset to address any potential issues with the Photo app. Enable Thumbnail Previews (for Windows 10): Open File Explorer Options: Type "file explorer options" in the Windows search bar and select the first result. Switch to the View tab. Ensure that the option "Always show icons, never thumbnails" is unchecked. Click Apply and then OK to save the changes. That is about all I can offer.
