try easy cut studio from https://www.easycutstudio.com/ I've used it to cut a variety of vinyl decals using my own Roland GX-300 cutter and other artwork. It it completely compatible with my Roland GX-300 machine and very easy to use.

Check the voltage. You may have to do a hookup. (hookup) a unique connection to a component to check voltage or signals.

Material not aligned or wrong thickness... Blinking means something is not right. Try taking the material out and see if it changes, things like that, troubleshooting....
