Evo N200
The BIOS, which handles the initial start up of your computer, cannot find your hard drive and thus cannot boot your operating system (ie, Windows). Open up your computer and confirm the power cable is firmly connected to the hard drive and that the cable that connects the hard drive to the motherboard is firmly secure.
If both of these check out, then try downloading this bootable CD on another computer. This CD, among other things, has a few hard drive utilities that will help further diagnose the problem.

Finally, if the utilities on this CD are unable to see the hard drive itself, then is may need to be replaced. Try testing with another hard drive or another cable to connect it to the motherboard.
My battery is fault, need a new battery
check ebay, they are £230 inc. VAT brand new so you should belooking to pay a third of that second hand, about £80-85.
For a new one visit http://www.laptopbits.co.uk/Database_files/Evo_n200c_Parts.htm or try amazon.co.uk where they are £220.
Doesn't boot from HD
Maybe the cmos battery is dead and is not saving the new boot sequence settings you are trying to enter. Try to obtain another cmos battery and replace it.
If it still does that, then there might be some corrupted startup files that is not allowing the computer to boot
EvoN200 still not working, see comment
Im new to this site, so sorry if this has been mentioned before, but the screen quotes you receive seem to indicate that it is trying to boot from a networking server, as if your laptop is a workstation with no operating system.
If you are able in the bios may be a menu something similair to boot from LAN, this should be dissabled.
Did you have an operating system already on or is there need for a system repair/re-install.
