Older Lincoln impinger keeps heating
t sounds like there may be an issue with the temperature control system in your Lincoln oven. Here are a few things you can check:
- Make sure the temperature probe is clean and inserted properly into the oven. If the probe is dirty or not inserted all the way, it may not be accurately reading the temperature.
- Check the thermostat for any signs of damage or wear. If the thermostat is faulty, it may not be able to regulate the oven temperature correctly.
- Look for any loose or damaged wiring. Loose or damaged wiring can cause the oven to overheat or not heat up at all.
- If the above checks don't identify the issue, it may be time to call a professional technician to diagnose and repair the oven. They will have the necessary tools and expertise to diagnose and fix any issues with the temperature control system.

Lincoln impinger 1450 natural gas oven will not Fire?
I have changed and checked fuses and compactor
Any ideas
This needs to be walked through with a multi-meter and manometer. First check incoming pressure in need to be 10" or above, under 14". if it goes to low flame we need to check the thermalcouple and ETC. If there is not a constant low flame, check pressures and voltage from the ignition module to the solenoid. Lincoln uses Honeywell modules that will just start putting out half the voltage and it isn't enough to open the dual valve. This is a hard question, I am assuming the blower motor is running. It can really be anything inside the oven.
