The horrible high pitched squeaky sound in a lincoln oven could be coming from the moving parts more so from the main fan motor positioned at the back or it could be from conveyor drive system. In both you got to dismantle the motors if at the back replace the motor bearings.
this is caused probably by a faulty power board or a switch. In the front all three switches share a common power source. I would start there to see if voltage is present on all three switches. These are also tied into a 24 volt control transformer it would be the next thing I check I believe it is xfrmr 3 on the print.
