Once the 'SET' button is pushed & held, & the numbers are flashing, turn it around to the face & use the ALM/TIME set buttons to adjust the numbers correctly. Then, continue on pushing the 'SET' button to cycle through the number positions & adjust everything else in the same way. Then, for language & temperature readout choices, push the 'OPTIONS' button & use the same ALM/TIME set buttons to cycle through the options, making your preferred choice. Be sure to push the 'WAVE' button to choose your proper region so it can receive the time signal. Worked for me. I use lithium primary AAA cells for the longest life.

Remove the battery cover, press and hold set until it beeps. Use the up down keys on the front and you cycle through year, month/day, then time, then 12/24 hour mode. You advance to each function using the set key. Once through the cycle, the time will stop flashing and the clock will function normally.

The time should be done on automatic by pressing WAVE.

To set manually:
Press the [SET] Button for more than 2 sec. The Year will pop up set to correct year then press SET again to set date/mth, keep holding till it get to right month n date (the month and date does not set separately). Press SET again and set TIME then press SET again for your choice of 12hr or 24hr.

Hold ALM/TIME SET and once the screen changes hit up and down to change, tap button again to select next item

Although the clock is great and functions well, there are a few issues that I have found to be annoying. First, the clock failed to automatically sync with the correct radio signal several times. The instructions were lacking in providing insight into correctly setting this feature. Ultimately, I manually set the clock to sync with the desired source and then forced it to scan for the signal at which time it finally synced. I was going to give up and say screw it since the clock keeps time well enough without the atomic update feature, but after all I did buy an atomic clock. I've slept through the alarm a few times thinking that I pressed snooze but didn't. Lastly, the timezone must be manually set via a button on the back. I travel frequently and have found this to only be a minor annoyance as it reminds me to confirm the time with a local source; it's far less time consuming to press a button to set the timezone as opposed to changing the time as I've done with other clocks. Other notes. The display is large and clear. The back light is more than adequate. Setting the alarm time and/or the time manually is easy

If the display is working, you have audio. Check your amplifier. 1300Watt adaptor ... This unit draws a very low power and that is not needed.

1. Power Off: Turn off the device.
2. Jumper Configuration: Locate the jumper labeled "S16" on the device. Initially, it should be connected to pins 2 and 3.
3. Power On (Alarm+All LEDs Flashing): Turn the device back on. You'll see the alarm LED and all other LEDs flashing.
4. Power Off Again: Turn off the device once more.
5. Jumper Adjustment: Change the jumper configuration from pins 2 and 3 to pins 1 and 2.

Are you using the charging cables that came with it? That is a type C. Are you securely attaching the charging cable? A loose connection would keep the battery from charging. If you had a low battery, you would see a red light. That you have no light at all suggests there is no charge left in the battery. I'm not sure the reset will work with no charge which is why you ought to check the cables first. But turn it off and then hold down the Multifunction button for 10 seconds to reset it. Then turn it back on and see what happens. If you can, test the charging cable on aother device. If you have another type C charging cable, try it, just to eliminate a bad cable. If these suggestions don't work, you may try the manufacturer's customer support.
