Hi; Receiving to Memory Temporarily You can enable memory receiving feature temporarily. Received faxes will not be printed automatically.

1. Press [ON/OFF] to select <AUTO PRINT OFF>.
2. ??? The fax starts receiving documents in memory.
3. ??? To cancel, press [ON/OFF] again.
4. ??? When <AUTO PRINT OFF> is cancelled, received faxes will be printed automatically.

to print fax in memory press the stop button (red triangel)

you want printing the fax in memory press the stop button

press the stop botton to print fax in memory

I had this problem and solved it = )
You turn off the fax, take the paper out, then open the cover just after you turn it back on.
Leave it open for a minute and let the cartridge go back and forward close the cover and wait till it tell you to press stop and it should be back to normal.

The default action (after power failure for example) for Canon JX200 is to keep the faxes in the memory. If you want to be direct printed out you have to press on/off button to switch at "auto print on" mode. In case you think that the user manual would help, let me know to find you a link for this.

No, sorry, if they weren't printed they are gone. You can only hope to print out a JOURNAL to find out who sent them.

If it displays "AUTO PRINT: OFF" and only that, just press a single time the ON/OFF button.

If it also displays "REC'D IN MEMORY" it means there is a document already stored in memory. to print it go to MENU then with the arrows go to MEMORY REFERENCE. Press OK and then you will acces the MEMORY options you can print the memory list, print stored docs, and also delete the documents.

Hi,
by refilling the ink crg. you probably destroy head electronics. Buy new one ORIGINAL, and try then.If you must refill ink be carefull, rather buy new reffiled ink, where the chip is resetted.

Sir I chat ed with you last night and some how the chat got disconnected.Apart from the steps we did yesterday if that doesnt fixes your problem
you can try this step this will certainly fix your problem:

uninstall the printer driver software from add and remove programs in the control panel
and then use the disc which you got to reinstall your device and this will fix your problem.
If you don't have the disc you can always download the required driver software from the manufacturers website by selecting your correct model no.

1. Check if any paper is jammed.
If jammed, make sure to take out all the jammed paper.
2. After taking out jammed paper, turn the fax off, then turn it back on with [ON/OFF].

up or down properly.

You need to remove covers, manually move the carriage in home position, manually rotate gears to put scanner in home position, clean gears, use wd40 to neutrallize grease, ink, dust on clutches and gears,...

or replace:
- PR lift shaft - Sheet feed unit
- Main Board ***'y
- Carriage lift sensor unit

This is carriage error related in most cases. You can clean cariage, purge unit gears,... or from the manual replace:
- PR lift shaft - Sheet feed unit
- Main Board ***'y
- Carriage lift sensor unit
