Clean the filter weekly thermostat setting for temperature control

This may sound foolish but it works turn the unplugged air conditioner upside down and leave it that way for about hour and a half , then turn it back over after the hour and a half let sit for half hour plug it in and it should blow cold air , by turning it upside down it allows the oil in compresser to flow

clean coils change filter and oil fan motor if the compressor is the noisy part can check the mounts other than that------ thats it

Is there a reason not to just go to the Danby site? Support Danby includes phone support, email and "Find Parts" Even if their source is out you should at least be able to find the correct part number, then Google Danby (part number). You could also look to see if generic flexible vinyl tubing/hose can be substituted. It's doubtful that Danby created their own hoses. The E1 E2 flashing together (alternately) means that there is a loose sensor wire. The wire may have come loose during transportation to the store. The unit will need to be exchanged at the store where you purchased it or you will need to phone a service depot in your area to have it fixed. have you tried to superglue the fitting back on. i have done that with some of my wife's medical equipment. works very well.

Same here... Looks like its been discontinued... Appliances companies are notorious for doing this to make people by newer models since they can't be fixed. I've looked everywhere. Hoping someone might have a picture or measurments.
