During the POST procedure press "F2" to enter BIOS. Check that all your drives are detected properly and that the Boot sequence of drives is correct and that the drive you should be booting from is near if not at the top of the list. If these settings are all correct then it looks as if your boot drive has died, or there is no OS installed on the drives selected. Try putting the cd/dvd drive top of the list, and with a Windows installation disk in the drive watch the boot process, and when it comes up with "Press any key to boot from cd/dvd . . ." press a key and see if the disk tries to install windows. A Parity error is a memory problem. With a server it is important to have matched sticks of memory. It may just be that one chip is slightly slow/fast compared to all the others. You just need to find it!

It is probably a raid error. One of the drives may have failed.

Reinstall OS without repairing. Sometimes people make the mistake between a choosing repair and a full reinstall. Also backup any files before doing so.

1.) Verify that both the local and remote network interfaces are connected AND enabled/configured. 2.) Replace the cable. If the system no longer reports a "Media test failure" error then the physical layer is good. Either your system will begin to PXE boot or you will need to verify that a PXE server is available/reachable in the same subnet/VLAN. (Barring any ACL issues, etc.) Not much else to cover here. It maybe that you accidentally turned it off or set it to do some other task.

Start there first before re-installing the program that sets it.
That is on one of the cds that should have come with it and can be installed by itself.

I would try starting up and go straight into the BIOS. Set up your system and reboot.
