My steam cleaner will not get hot enough any more.
probable scale problem in boiler. Try using coffee machine de-scaler add to steamer heat and rinse. De-scaler available from most stores selling automatic coffee machines. Or it may be an element failure.
Short time for use
Likely your battery has failed and you need to replace the unit. If you have test meter you can test the charger output to see if it matches the rating on the outside of the case, Rechargeable batteries fail from being dropped, or charged continually especially if they are not run down to zero before recharging. You can try to drain the battery fully then recharge overnight as a test.
Lost instructions how to use
I have a Euro Pro Professional steam cleaner, model SC 410. How do I turn it on, should the switch be in up or in down position. There is an orange botton on the on/off stwitch. is this the one I should push?
No Steam after heating up
Sounds like the switch on the handle or the steam release solenoid on the steam chamber is faulty ,use a volt meter/tester to see if you have current to the solenoid when you turn on the switch.
The motor is shot on
Well, they don't make these anymore and so don't make the motors anymore. You may be able to find a used one somewhere, check ebay and craigslist daily but your only other hope is if a shop will try to repair the existing motor but I doubt it will be worth it as it will cost a lot to fix. Sorry for the bad news.

Part needed
We need this part , too. If anyone knows the actual part number (as opposed to the manual reference #) I'd love to know. Euro-Pro DOES carry this part, as part of an accessory kit for $20 plus who-knows-what for shipping. It's highway robbery! They want to gather all your personal info BEFORE they answer your question and then the try to sell you other stuff. I DO NOT want to order anything from them. Any other possibilities? I'm still looking.
