Euro-Pro S3325 Handheld Steam Vacuum - Page 4 Questions & Answers
Where can I purchase filter
Hello,
Here's a link to the filters for your EP033 model that you've mentioned. Slightly confused as the question was asked under the S3325 model which is a handheld steam vacuum, please let me know if you need them for this model instead, I'll be happy to add additional info.
Here's the link for;
Euro-Pro Shark Handheld Vacuum Cleaner Model EP033 Filters, 3 Pack. Part Number XSH033

I have a euro model
I think it may be from the same issue stated above--the thermal fuse blew. I have the exact same problem. This is what someone posted earlier:
There's a thermal fuse inside. If it gets too hot, the fuse will blow and the thing won't turn on.
It has a 216 C temp limit. You can find thermal fuses at radio shack for less than 5$. If you're adventurous enough, you can find the fuse in line of a white wire under a fiberglass outer and heat shrink inner shielding screwed against the bottom of the tank.
Now to figure out how to get to it!!!
