Once you have properly installed the camera drivers, DO NOT unplugthe camera from the USB port while the computer is powered up as it will cause the drivers to become corrupt. Always unplug the camera after it shuts down. Then if you want to use it again, plug it in prior to restarting your computer and it will operate properly. to get it functional again, do this:
