Dropped in water
DON'T try to switch on the camera. Remove the battery and after drying it from the outside, put it in a bag of rice till you can reach a repair centre.
Just google on camera or Phone dropped in water and read what the repair centre(s) have to say about that.
If it was very clean water, and the camera is not expensive enough to bring it to a repair centre, you could try staring it up after a few days in the rice, but still a chance the water already had don enough damage. Or while switching it on, permanent damage can occur because voltages can reach places the should not be. The minerals in the water can build bridges that will bring the damage.
I wish you wisdom and a little luck.

ALTERNATE WAY TO TRANSFER PHOTOS TO COMPUTER If your photos are stored on the memory card, then remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader. Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of your working computer. Your computer will see this as an USB Mass Storage Device or an external storage device; you can then open the folder on the memory card and copy the photos to your computer. Memory card reader is a handy device and is inexpensive. You can copy photos from other cameras and you can also download photos off your memory card to someone else's computer without the need of installing any programs.

Hp photosmart 435 size of sd card
SD cards top out at 2GB, and any of them may be used with the camera. Any larger cards are SDHC cards and will not work.

Which memory card is best for hp CB350 camera
You may use any SD or SDHC card. Personally, I'd stick with one of the major brands, but there's little to choose between them. One school of thought says get the largest memory card you can afford. Another school of thought says get at least two memory cards and switch between them regularly so that if something happens to one of the cards you still have half of your pictures.

I need a charger for M407 HP camera.Where can I
The M407 uses standard AA batteries, rechargeable or disposable. If you want to use rechargeables, you should be able to buy a suitable charger at just about any department, electronics, or office-supply store.
The camera won't charge the batteries, and never try to charge disposable batteries in a charger.
