try using a differnt video player, the one you are using has been modified to zoom using it's internal controls, if you can find those you can change the settings to view them the way you want.
otherwise. again, try a differnt viewer for movies.
You could try formatting it in My Computer on PC by right clicking on its icon to bring down the option, then format again in the camera to ensure compatibility
