if you are having problems with your sound if your computer came with a motherboard disc the sound drivers could be on it click start control panel administrive tools computer management device manager scroll to sound,video and game controllers you might see a yellow question mark? have you tried this control panel sounds and audio,volume,advanced,speakers select the appropriate speakers from the drop down list or navigate to the device manager scroll to system devices + to expand,system speaker right click properties then select use this device (enable) also you might check the speakers plug/outlet is usually at the back of the computer you will have to open up the computer to check the lead attached to the rear of the input plug make sure the connection is good try cleaning your computer of dust using a fine air blower from a compressor making VERY sure that there is no MOISTURE in the air line specifically around the sound card and the CPU central processing unit dust causes static to build up in a computer hope this helps

May be a short somewhere, speakers always have a little white noise and buzzing, usually nothing you'll notice.

Any PC speakers that have a AC plug pak attached can probably use 12V simply cut off the AC plug packs lead that goes to the speakers, and connect up 12V ya should be good to go.. some connect with a Phono Plug, and usually the Outer is Minus Voltage and the Centre is Plus Voltage .. they are also generally Diode protected so a reversal shouldn't cause too many probs... If it is the transformer, it should be a DC output. Look where it connects, it will tell you what voltage you need. Use a volt meter to see if you are getting that from your "transformer". If so the amp in the speaker is probably blown, if not you need a new DC power supply with the correct voltage. Are you using the charging cables that came with it? That is a type C. Are you securely attaching the charging cable? A loose connection would keep the battery from charging. If you had a low battery, you would see a red light. That you have no light at all suggests there is no charge left in the battery. I'm not sure the reset will work with no charge which is why you ought to check the cables first. But turn it off and then hold down the Multifunction button for 10 seconds to reset it.
