either go to UPS web site and list your product and it should have drivers or updates for your product. Also you can go to Drivers.com and join (for free), list the driver you need and download it.

Seems like your Battery is very low. Try charging the battery for a few hours. If the problem persists, it maybe the time to get a new battery.
Like all batteries, UPS Batteries (that store electricity and let s you use it in case of a power failure) have a limited life. This life is averaged to be around 2 years. So in case your UPS has been in use for approximately that much amount of time, the battery is in a near death situation.
For instructions regarding replacing the battery, please refer to your UPS Manual.
PS: Also, I have noticed this kind of behavior when the UPS is connected to a socket powered by an Inverter. This kind of behavior is observed when the Inverter battery is running low.
Out of frequency range set lower resolution
reboot the system by pressing F8 if your using windows OS and select last good configuration.
you can try also selecting Enable VGA mode (press F8 while rebooting and select ENABLE VGA mode).

it is not sold at all, so how in the world can you get the installer on any pen drive, and XP installed from CD not pen..
worst of all XP installer, can not us 99% of all USB ports and then only half after the install (unless you force them via F6 and floppy drive with xp drivers on the floppy for THIS PC)
to use any relic PCs run LINUX> not XP
