If you are having problems with your Car Monitor i would advice you to visit the closest Electronic store or the place where you bought the Car Monitor and ask them about what problems you are having, either you are having difficulties installing the device into your car or the device itself is not functional.

There is no such thing its car lingo it just means it cant read the cd

First, know that you need either high level input or low level input, but not both. Low level input is preferred (RCA cables). If you must use high level input because your head unit doesn't have RCA jacks, you connect the speaker outputs from the head unit to the high level input of your amp. The high level input plug probably has a black wire, this is "signal reference ground". A pair of grey wires which are right positive (grey) and right negative (grey with black stripe). And a pair of white wires, left positive (white) and left negative (white with black stripe).

I too am having this problem. First I thought it was the amp, so I ditched the amp (was old anyways) and just directly hooked up to the speakers from the deck. It worked, then the problem came back. DualAV/Namsung customer service on these issues needs some help.

I had this same problem with this same deck, in addition to my sound going out for periods at a time. I solved the red light no-nothing else going on issue by pressing and holding the reset button for 5-10 seconds (on the unit, bottom left side - have to remove the removable face piece). Kind of frustrating still though, because every time I do that, I have to reset all my presets again. I had good luck with this deck in the begining, and now not so much. Customer Service from DualAV/Namsung is terrible - I don't think I would buy another deck from their company.

your getting fead back. check the ground on the amp it needs to be bare metal and tight also check the rcas they need to be tight and if its only hapening wile u play the ipod try switching wires from the i pod it hapens all the time with aux cables they break easy.

You will need to purchase an Amp to run the sub off of (the amp in the Dual unit is not enough to run a sub). You will also need a wiring kit and a box for the sub.

you don't really need to hook it up. it should go to the dimmer switch for the dash lights if you are intent on hooking it up.

if you have not changed the password the code is 0000 by default which is set at factory. see if that works if not contact me for more info.

whenever you do a repair on wiring that has been altered assume the worse, most often its from someone trying to fix it on the cheap , damaging units then bringing it in and claim all was well before, i always start from scratch, test radio on the bench to make sure it works first, then retrace all wiring, you never know what damage sommeone else has done
