You will have to either remember your password, or reset your wifi back to factory settings and set up a new password. Are you trying to reinstall the unit? If you have reset the unit and reconnected it to the network, it should give you a new linking code.

Check your connections between your Roku box and your TV more than likely you have the audio cables plugged into the wrong jacks, Using a single HDMI cable would eliminate this issue if you have an available HDMI input on your TV. That Roku box you are using is very old so netflix may not be supported anymore. It also could be your internet connection it could be to slow to connect to netflix if so you may won't to try to connect your Roku player directy into your router or moden with a inthernet cable if possible If you are using wifi you may have to move the Roku as close to the Router as possible maybe its not getting a strong signal. One thing to is that if multiple people are on the internet at the same time it can slow down the internet.

Have you tried using a netflix code, if you have netflix. That is how I have added programs to my roku. Also, check to make sure you have enough memory. Netflix is free for a week, if you don't have it.

If your Roku is plugged in, your t.v. has also have to be set to the Roku player select button or a different channel. Either, DTV or something similar. Then it will show up with the Roku Icon and then it takes a few minutes to come on.
