The answer your question is yes, there is a fuse in your electric range oven.

the only difference in the installations is that one is on a higher pressure (the LPG) and the natural gas is actually the methane gas on a lower pressure so it holes on the burners are a little bigger ...this is almost all that you have to consider if all the parts are fitting well

Fixed it the only recomended way.
Range out; back off; reconnect. Ten minutes. Easy!

I am a retired career chef, and had this one oven with choking CO in an airport catering kitchen. We had it serviced and it was fixed. It sounds like yours is not getting enough air mixed with the gas. Adjusting the gas is one thing but the venturi to the burners can partially block and unburned gas spills over. Remove the burner and venturi and boil it out in whatever you boil your fryers out with. That seems quite common. Place your temperature sensor, alongside the therocouple of the oven, to check its accuracy.
