Hello,
it is always terrible when items does not work as it should.
I expect that this cooker has flame safety.
The first thing I suspect, is your FFD (=flam failure device). Besides the burner are 2 points, one is for the spark, the other is the sensor for the safety device. On that point is connected a thin copper "wire" that goes to the tap. There it is screwed in.
The test is, stays the burner on when you keep the button pressed in. If that is the case, and the burner goes out after letting go the button, then I am sure it is the FFD.
I hope this helps, Kin regards, Dik
Rangemaster 110 main oven does not work
That looks like a problem with the control panel assembly.
Try first unplugging power cord for ten minutes, then plug back.
Press the selector wheel for 5 seconds and see if this reset it.
If that does not work , then you need to replace the control assembly. YYou find diagrams and replacement parts by entering the model number here.
Stop gas burner on rangemaster from cutting out
Try removing the burners and soaking in hot soapy water. If this doesnt work, an old trick is to burn the dirt out. Put the burner in the oven and bake it. The heat will soften any dirt and then washing the burner in hot soapy water usually removes the build up. Try poking a needle into the holes to clear them.
How to fix problems with hob not staying alight on rangemaster lpg
If you are holding the knob in for a good few seconds and finding that it still goes out, the thermocouple has failed on that hob. The thermocouple is the metal spike sticking up when you take the ceramic plate and carrier off each ring. First check that the ring pieces are correctly sitting on the cooker, but if they are you will need that thermocouple replacing.
