Sterling 402315-96 Biscuit Windham Two-Piece Elongated Toilet 402315 Questions & Answers
Water is leaking from the tank to the bowl.
I've had this happen before. Mine was a bad seal between the tank and the bowl. I had to replace that stopper and the gasket underneath it between the tank and the bowl. It's not very complicated or dangerous, but you will have to remove the tank to do it. Have plenty of towels ready and plan for a place to sit the tank in (maybe your bathtub) while you are working.

Where could I find the flapper for Sterling 1.6GPF
Here's the easiest way: Close the water valve that supplies water to the toilet. Lift the lid off of the tank. If you look in from the top, you'll see a long white tube in the middle of the tank running from the top to the bottom. It is called the overflow tube. At the base of the tube is the flapper, and it anchors to the base of the tube, and is actuated by the handle on the front of the tank pulling the chain connected to the flapper. Flush the tiolet, and you'll see what I'm talking about. To replace the flapper, you'll need a replacement. Remove your flapper and get a pretty good look at it. You can buy a replacement at any hardware store. A 'universal' replacement should fit, but take the old one with you to be sure. When you look at the new flappers, you'll notice a rubber ring attached to the flapper, and you may not have one on yout toilet. No worrys here, the ring can be cut out if yours is of the type that just clips onto two lugs at the base of the overflow tube. Install your flapper, hook up the chain and turn the water back on.
The chain should have just a little slack in it.
Best regards, --W/D-- please feel free to rate this solution....Thanx!

How duo I change the time on my Sterling & Noble wall clock? It does not have any dials on the back to turn?.
To change the time on a Sterling & Noble wall clock that does not have any dials on the back, you will need to follow these steps:
- Locate the small, round hole on the back of the clock. This is the reset button.
- Using a small object, such as a paperclip or a toothpick, press and hold the reset button for about 5 seconds. This will reset the clock and allow you to set the time.
- Release the reset button, and the minute hand will begin to move around the clock face. Use the reset button to advance the minute hand to the correct time.
- Once the minute hand is set to the correct time, the hour hand will begin to move around the clock face. Use the reset button to advance the hour hand to the correct time.
- Once the hour hand is set to the correct time, the clock will begin to run normally.
I hope this helps! If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask.
Sterling & Noble wall clock minute hand has fallen off. How can I put it back on?
Unless the clock is an older traditional 'clockwork' mechanism most clocks have a sealed unit as a mechanism so you shouldn't damage anything.
Some clocks can be dismantled from the back, usually with small screws or spring clips. You remove the clock face and mechanism as One piece. Once removed, the hands are usually a push fit so should pull out. The Second hand, then minute hand and the hour hand nearest the clock face.
If you need to replace the mechanism they are held on with a small nut on the face of the clock. These mechanisms are usually quite cheap to buy and easy to fit.
