Problem with Sterling and Noble clock.....went on vacation....apparently if the battery dies the clock is no longer useable....this seems to be what happened?.....please advise

Apparently Infiniti Group International has Sterling & Noble (clocks) as one of its registered trademarks.

I have not found a web site for Infiniti Group International. However, go to this web page, which is part of a corporate informaton web site:

There you will find the number to call and ask for customer service or product support.

The company MAY or MAY NOT sell repair parts for Sterling & Noble clocks. If the company does not, perhaps a local watch and clock repair business can provide you with the proper replacement parts.
